DGLC is a senior-led, boutique legal and policy advisory practice based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The Chambers provides high-value legal counsel and strategic advisory services to governments, regional organisations, and large commercial enterprises across the Eastern Caribbean and selected jurisdictions in Jamaica, Barbados, and the United States. DGLC combines deep legal expertise with a unique understanding of governance, public policy, and complex commercial transactions.
